Return Policy - Kedarnath Tourism and Hospitality

Introduction:

Please follow the cancellation policy.

If the Booking is cancelled at any time even after the same day of booking, we do charge flat 30% of the Total billing amount.

If cancellation is done before 15 days of arrival date, 50% will be deducted from the Total billing amount.

If cancellation is done within 15 days of arrival date no refund will be there, That means 100% deduction.

In the event of "no show" on the check-in date, no refund will be there.

Once your refund/cancellation request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
